Nicholastown Castle, Co. Tipperary

Nicholastown Castle, County Tipperary, in February 1988.
A tall stack with a bartizan, a section of a vault and not a lot more was all that remained of this tower house. 
It was described as being in ruins on the circa 1840 OSI maps.
