Reenadisert Castle, County Cork, in August 1986. I never actually visited this fascinating early seventeenth century T shaped fortified house. I only photographed it from the road. In An Foras Forbatha report dating from 1975, it was described as still being partially roofed with some remains of an early eighteenth century interior. It was also supposed to have a notable garderobe.
